DropMan
DropMan integrates Drag & Drop from FotoWeb with Adobe InDesign.
To drag and drop an image from one program to another seems like an easy task. The problem is when you need to control the files to adjust them to a certain workflow. DropMan handles the drop from FotoWeb and gives the user the images in the folder configured in the DropMan preferences.
IPTC and remote layout
All the IPTC-information in the images is still embedded in the images after the drop to InDesign. This means you are still able to use the IPTC-information for the rest of your workflow. E.g the IPTC-field used for the "Unique-ID" is still in the image, making it possible for Index Manager to find the high resolution version of the file, even when it is in the layout.
