Creole
Creole creates digital ad-files over the internet. Creole is developed to give the users full control of the complete production workflow, from templates to the resulting files.
Customers creating their adverts or printing matters themselves over the Internet gives you lower costs, fewer proofing rounds and more time for other things. But to gain these advantages you need a system which is reliable and easy to work with. Creole gives you and your customers full control over templates, layouts, archives and output files.
A good Internet Creation System must be easy for people without graphics skills to use but it must also be creative and give room for many different layouts. Creole has been designed to provide just this. It creates templates using Adobe InDesign, giving access to almost endless layout features. Settings can be made for any object in the layout, layers can be used and the customer can very easily retrieve an earlier version of the file and edit it to produce a new one.
Lots of customer, especially real estate agents, create composite adverts. This could for instance be local offices creating adverts for one or two houses each. When the local offices have created their adverts, another person can put them together to a composite advert simply by dragging & dropping these adverts to a new template.
From one column to full pages
Creole can be used for small adverts as well as full pages, in full color or in black and white. Text and images are easy to handle, stylesheets can be used and images can be edited. Collective adverts are supported by dragging & dropping smaller adverts into a larger template. All customers get their own archive to make it really fast to retrieve an old advert as a new template. The customers can also access archives of images, symbols or logos.
