AddMan Pro
AddMan Pro is the complete solution for handling digital adverts. The system will give you a better overview of the workflow - with timesavings, higher quality and fewer problems as a result. The AddMan Pro system is modular and can easily be integrated with most common systems.
Automatic preflight
Any file opened in AddMan Pro automatically gets a preflight check to view the most common problems. The result of this check is shown together with the metadata and the preview. Seen together, this makes a good platform to decide what to do with the advert.
Enhanced overview
AddMan Pro watches folders, showing lists of the content in them, together with the preview and technical information of the files. Both files and folders are handled in AddMan Pro.
Distribution
Any file entering the system can be sent to different subsystems such as PROscript Hot, ConvertMe, Pitstop server or Asura using shortcuts. Files can be renamed automatically using any metadata field.
Built-in FTP
Deliver files to your external customers or partners using the built-in FTP-client. When sending, the file can be renamed to a booking number, the name of an advertiser or any other metadata you have.
Easy to integrate
Every customer can determine their own workflow. AddMan Pro can easily be integrated with applications like Stuffit Expander, Pitstop server, Acrobat, PROscript Hot or FileTrain. Most advertisement booking systems can also be integrated to match bookings and files in the system.
